Pre-Register Now!

You can pre-register now for the 2019 event to receive an additional discount on top of the early bird discount rates! All you need to do is click on the pre-register now button and fill out the online pre-registration form. Then prior to registration opening, we will email you a link and discount code to you to complete your online registration.  Registration will open in spring of 2019!

Terms & Conditions 

  • No refunds or replacements; all sales are final.
  • All registration fees are in U.S. dollars. Registrations will NOT be processed without full payment.
  • Package changes are only accepted if the monetary value of the new choice exceeds that of the original purchase.
  • No strollers or wheeled carts permitted on show floor. Complimentary bag check area will be provided.
  • Face & Body spa expo and conference is a professional trade event and is not open to the public. Proof of industry affiliation is required and professionals purchasing admission on site must be prepared to show license, spa/salon business card, medical credentials or other to registration personnel.
  • All spouses and children, regardless of age, must have a badge before being permitted on the show floor.
  • NEW THIS YEAR - IN AN EFFORT TO LIMIT OUR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT, WE WILL NOT BE MAILING BADGES THIS YEAR. You will be able to print your badge onsite at the registration counters when you arrive at the show.
  • Registrations will NOT be processed without full payment.
  • Registration payment accepted on site: credit card and cash—no checks.
  • The Expo Hall will not be open on Saturday, August 26, which is exclusively for the conference program and AmSpa Medical Spa Summit. Class size is limited for the Face & Body Advanced Education Conference Program.
  • Supplier Class seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and attendees do not need to register for individual classes.
  • Registration and attendance at, or participation in, Face & Body meetings, tradeshow and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit Face & Body’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

IF YOU PLAN TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS TAX-EXEMPT

  • Bring your resale certificate with you every day you visit the expo hall.
  • Provide exhibitors with this information for approved tax-exempt purchases.
