Q: Can I get Esthetic CEs?
A: The Advanced Education Conference does not offer CE's. No CE’s are offered on Sunday, August 27 or Monday, August 28. You will receive a Certificate of Participation if you attended the Advanced Education Conference on Saturday.
Q: Where/When is the event?
A: Face & Body Northern California will be held in San Jose, CA at the McEnery Convention Center, August 26-28, 2017. The Advanced Education Conference and AmSpa Medial Spa Summit will only be held on Saturday, August 26. The exhibition is only open on Sunday and Monday, August 27-28.
Q: Can I bring a suitcase or wheeled cart into the exhibition to carry around my purchases?
A: No wheeled carts or suitcases are permitted on the exhibition floor. There will be a complimentary bag check area to use so that you do not need to carry around all of your purchases during the event.
Q: What are the show/conference hours?
A: The Advanced Education Conference begins at 9 am and Medical Spa Summit presented by AmSpa begins at 8:30 am. The expo hall is NOT OPEN on Saturday. The Expo hall Hours are 11:30 am-6:30 pm on Sunday and 10am-4pm on Monday. Supplier Classes are through the day on both Sunday and Monday. Q: Can I bring my dog or well-trained pet to the event?
A: The only animals allowed at the event are service animals as defined by the ADA. If you have any questions regarding qualifications, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Will there be food & beverages at the show?
A: The luncheon is included in both the Advanced Education Conference program and the Medical Spa Summit on Saturday, August 26. Concessions will be available for purchase in the exhibit hall on Sunday and Monday, August 27-28 during exhibit hall hours.
Q: How do I get a detailed list of exhibitors at the event?

Q: How do I get on the mailing list for next year’s expo?
A: Just sign up for the mailing list!
Q: Where can I download the mobile app?
A: The mobile app information will be posted on our website closer to the show.
Q: Is there wifi? How do I access the internet?
A: The McEnery Convention Center has complimentary wifi.
Q: I want to register over the phone – can I?
A: Yes, please call our registration call center at 508.743.8569 or toll free 877.779.3212. Call center hours are Monday- Friday 9am-5pm EST.
Q: Can I bring an assistant/guest/partner/friend/child that isn’t a licensed esthetician or wellness professional?
A: Yes, your assistant/guest/partner/friend can register to attend. We understand that our attendees usually like to bring someone that can help them throughout the day. The person assisting does need to register and pay as an attendee. Children also MUST have a paid registration (regardless of age) to be able to gain entrance to the event.
Q: How much does it cost to attend the expo?
A: $25 for one day or $30 for two days if you register before June 30. After June 30 the rates increase to $35 for one day and $55 for two days. All pricing for all events can be found here. Be sure to reach out to your favorite exhibitor and ask them for their VIP code for a discount!
Q: How do I pre-register for the expo?
A: Registration opens on Monday, April 3!
Q: What if I do not pre-register for the expo?
A: You can register onsite at the McEnery Convention Center. The prices will be higher on-site.
Q: If I attended the show last year do I need to register again for this year’s show?
A: Yes, registration must be completed every year to gain access to the event.
Q: How long does it take to receive my registration confirmation?
A: You should receive your registration confirmation within an hour. If you do not receive your confirmation, please email email@example.com
Q: What is my exhibitor username and password for online registration?
A: Your password was emailed to your company point of contact for the show. To receive your password, please email Andrea at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +1-630-344-6038.
Q: How far in advance do I have to register to guarantee that I receive my badge in advance?
A: The deadline to receive your badge in the mail is July 31, 2017. If you do not receive your badge in the mail, please come to the pre-registration desks and staff can print a badge for you.
Q: How do I get a correction on my badge?
A: Please see anyone at the pre-registration desks on-site and they can assist you.
Q: Is there a charge for a replacement badge?
A: There is no charge for a replacement badge, however you will need a government issued ID for a replacement badge.
Q: I can’t go anymore – can I get a refund?
A: All sales are final and we are not able to offer any refunds.
Q: I’ve moved – how do I get my badge?
A: Please email email@example.com with your badge number from your email confirmation and your new address. We will update our registration system with your new details. Your badge can be printed off on-site at the pre-registration desk.
